Introduction

ISG series vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is a new generation of energy saving, environment friendly vertical centrifugal pump researched and developed by our company, which absorbs advanced technology of similar products abroad and adopts domestic general performance parameters of centrifugal pumps. In addition, according to different operation temperatures and mediums, we developed the hot-water pump(IRG), corrosion-resistant chemical pump(IHG) and oil pump (YG). This pump enjoys excellent performance, good reliability, long operation life, reasonable construction and nice appearance, which is outstanding in the industry.
Main Features

1. The pump is the vertical structure, the inlet and outlet are the same in diameter, and lying in the same center line, which can be installed in the pipeline as valve, the floor space needed is small, if the protection cover is added, it can be put in the open air.
2. The impeller is installed on the major axis of the motor directly, the axial is short in size, the structure is compact, can equilibrate radial and axial load that produced by pump rounding effectively, thus guaranteed the pump operating steadily, vibratiuncle, and low noise.
3. The axle seal adopts machinery seal or machinery seal sets, uses imported titanium alloy sealed ring, medium-sized high-temperature resistance machinery seal and adopts the hard alloy material, wear-resisting seal, which can lengthen the life of machinery seal effectively.
4. It is convenient to install and overhaul, no need to dismantle or move pipeline system; just lifting off pump conjunction flat nut can take all rotor parts out.
5. Can choose series or parallel operation according to your requirements for flow and lift.
Can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the pipeline system requirement.
Product Application

Working Conditions
1. Suction pressure≤1.0Mpa, or maximum operation pressure of pump system≤1.6Mpa, that is, pressure in suction nozzle+pump lift≤1.6Mpa. If operation pressure of pump system is higher than 1.6Mpa, it should be indicated in order, so that we can use more reasonable material for flow and connecting parts in pump.
2. Ambient temperature<40℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. In the conveyed medium, solid particles should be less than 0.1% in unit volume, and granularity<0.2mm.
4. Ambient altitude should be no higher than 1000m, if not, you should indicate in order so that we can provide you with more reliable products.
Note: If there are tiny particles in the medium, please let us know in the order. So we can adopt wear-resisting machinery seal.

Application Scope
ISG vertical single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump is to be used for clean water or other liquid with similar physical and chemical property to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and city water supply and drainage, pressure water supply for high-rises, garden sprinkling, fire fighting booster, distance conveyance, cooling circulation in heating and ventilating system, bathroom and other cool or hot water circulation boosters or accessories, whose operation temperature is below 60℃.
Product structure

1. Y/Y2 Series Motor: the driving part of pump, with a close-coupled type.
2.Pump Shaft: coaxial with motor, and high concentricity to enable pump operating without noise and vibration.
3.Water Deflector: to avoid water entering motor due to leakage at seal.
4.Pump Cover: elaborately designed of sharing the same end cover with motor, shortened axial dimensions and simple structure.
5.Mechanical Seal: made of stainless steel, tungsten carbide, fluorine rubber and etc. for outstanding sealing, durable service life and leak-tightness.
6.Pressure Plug: to mount pressure gauge to monitor the normal operation of pump.
7.Pump Body: to lower the velocity of flow, making velocity energy into pressure energy.
8.Drain Plug: fully let out the liquid inside in case that pump needs servicing or will be left unused for a long time.
9.Air Release Valve: to release the air inside to ensure the normal start of pump.
10.Impeller: to play a leading role with its vane forcing liquid rotated and splashed around driven by centrifugal force.
