What is a GDL multistage centrifugal pumps?

The GDL multistage centrifugal pump is suitable for conveying clean water or physicochemical liquids in high-pressure operation systems, such as high-rise building water supply, boiler feed water, fire protection systems, etc.
GDL multistage centrifugal pump is made of integral stainless steel and is suitable for chemical, food, brewing, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries. Stainless steel 306 or 316L material can be customized according to user requirements.  

GDL vertical inline multistage centrifugal pump features:
1. The GDL multistage centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with a small size. The center of pump gravity coincides with the center of the pump base, so also have the features of stable operation, small vibration, and the long service life.
2. The GDL multistage centrifugal pump has the same caliber and is on the same horizontal center line. It can be installed directly on any part of the pipeline without changing the pipeline structure. It is very convenient to install.
3. The motor and rain cover can be directly placed outdoors, without building a pump room, greatly saving infrastructure investment.
4. The GDL multistage centrifugal pump head can meet different requirements by changing the number of pump stages (the number of impellers), so it has a wide application range.
5. The shaft seal is made of hard alloy mechanical seal, the seal is reliable, no leakage, and the mechanical loss is small.
6. Energy saving, fine appearance.
7. Injection molding of internal parts with a diameter of 50 or more.

GDL multistage centrifugal pump conditions:
1. A liquid for transporting clean water or physical and chemical properties similar to clean water;
2. There should be no solid particles in the transport liquid, no fiber, no strong corrosive, no explosion hazard;
3. The max liquid temperature does not exceed 120℃;
4. The max working pressure does not exceed 2.5MPa;
5. The power supply for 3 phase 380V, 50HZ. Voltage fluctuations within ±5%;
6. The ambient temperature should be lower than 40℃, the relative humidity is less than 95%.
