Introduction

The LG vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a new generation of water supply products developed according to the actual needs of the high-rise building constant pressure water supply and fire protection industry of Better Technology Co., Ltd. This pump adopts domestic advanced production technology and has been carefully designed to have high efficiency, stable performance, low noise, long service life, beautiful appearance, small floor space, convenient maintenance and light weight.
The LG vertical multistage centrifugal pump is made up of a motor and a pump. The pump shaft and the motor shaft are coupled by a shell-type coupling to ensure that the pump and the motor are absolutely coaxial, so that the pump runs smoothly and the noise is low. The motor is a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor, which is convenient for the user to replace. The whole is a rigid connection, and no correction is needed when used. The shaft seal is mechanically sealed, and the pump is a removable structure for easy replacement of the mechanical seal.
The direction of rotation of the pump is viewed from the motor end as a clockwise rotation.

Product Features

1. LG multistage centrifugal pump is compact, small in size and beautiful in appearance. Its structure determines the installation footprint is small, such as adding a protective cover for outdoor use.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor shaft to ensure the concentricity of the pump, thus enhancing the running stability of the pump and prolonging the service life of the pump.
3. The shaft seal adopts a combination of mechanical seal, and adopts high-quality alloy sealing ring to enhance the wear resistance of the seal and effectively extend the life.
4. Installation and maintenance is convenient, no need to dismantle the pipeline system. The pump inlet and outlet are of the same diameter, simplifying the connection of the pipeline.
5. The series and parallel operation modes of the pump can be adopted according to the flow and head requirements.
6. According to the needs, the suction port and the spout can be installed in different directions of 0°, 90°, 180° and 270° to meet different connection occasions.
7. The pump head can be increased or decreased according to the needs of the pump stage and combined with the outer diameter of the cutting impeller, without changing the installation footprint.

Working conditions

1. The medium used in the LG vertical multistage centrifugal pump should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity <150mm2/s, and no hard particles, no corrosion properties;
2. The altitude of the LG vertical multistage centrifugal pump is <1000 meters. When it is exceeded, it should be submitted at the time of ordering to provide you with more reliable products.
3. The medium temperature is -15 ° C ~ 105 ° C;
4. The maximum system working pressure is ≤2.5MPa;
5. The ambient temperature should be below 40 ° C and the relative humidity below 95%.

Product Usage

LG vertical multistage centrifugal pump is suitable for constant pressure water supply, fire fighting, spray water supply equipment supporting pumps for high-rise buildings such as houses, hotels, office buildings, etc. It is also suitable for automatic water supply of chemical process cooling towers; system voltage regulation, production process water supply equipment such as circulating water, long-distance transportation, boiler feed water, etc. The liquid that can be transported is a normal temperature (<80 ° C) (hot water type can transport a medium with a temperature less than 105 degrees), or a normal temperature medium with physical and chemical properties similar to water.
