How to maintain the normal operation of vertical multistage fire pump?
1. Keep the pump running forever under cavitation corrosion condition;
2. Do not allow the motor to run for a long time with excessive current when the pump is operating at a high flow rate;
3. The inlet pipe must be highly sealed, no water leakage, air leakage;
4. The pump is guarded by special personnel in operation, so as to avoid accidental explosion;
5. Check the motor current value in pump operation according to the time, even if the pump operates within the intended operating range;
6. After long-term operation of the pump, when the noise and vibration of the pump set increase due to mechanical wear, stop the pump for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be exchanged.
