Centrifugal pump maintenance - ZJBetter
Centrifugal pump maintenance

Whether the pipes and joints of the diesel water pump are loose. Turn the centrifugal pump by hand to see if the centrifugal pump is flexible. The bearing body add bearing oil. The oil level should be observed on the center line of the oil standard, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
Motor, see if the motor steering is right. When the centrifugal pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to display the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, and check the load of the motor.

The flow and head of the centrifugal pump are controlled within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the centrifugal pump operates at the highest efficiency point for maximum energy savings. During the operation of the pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35℃, the maximum temperature should not exceed 80℃.
At this point, the centrifugal pump has an abnormal sound, and should be stopped immediately to check the cause. Stop using, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
In the first month of work, change the oil after 100 hours and replace the oil every 500 hours. The filling cover of the rotor pump is filled to ensure that the drip in the filling chamber is normal (leaking in the form of droplets is desirable).

The diesel water pump operates by the centrifugal movement of water caused by the rotation of the impeller. Before starting the pump, the pump casing and suction pipe must be filled with water, and then must start the motor so that the pump shaft drives the impeller and water to rotate at high speed, the water moves under centrifugal conditions, and is thrown to the outer edge of the impeller. Flow through the passage of the volute pump casing into the pump's water pressure pipe.
